4. Search & Document Management: Configure metadata-based search and document libraries.

6. Training & Knowledge Transfer: Provide training for court staff on template usage and publishing workflows, along with 60 days of post-launch support.
7. Content Migration: Migrate existing content from current websites to the new CMS.
8. Site Redesign: Redesign navigation, homepage, and landing pages based on user feedback.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon approval in September 2026, with project initiation expected by October 1, 2026. The duration will last until all deliverables are met, with annual renewals for software maintenance as needed.

The work will be performed primarily at the Johnson County District Court facilities in Olathe, Kansas.
Bidder Requirements
