The Kansas Supreme Court Office of Judicial Administration (OJA) is seeking competitive proposals for a Digital Evidence Management System. The goal of this contract is to enhance the management and processing of digital evidence within the judicial system, thereby improving efficiency and effectiveness.
Work Details
The contractor will provide a comprehensive Digital Evidence Management System that includes:
- Secure storage and retrieval of digital evidence
- User-friendly interface for law enforcement and judicial personnel
- Integration capabilities with existing systems used by the Kansas Supreme Court
- Compliance with applicable legal standards for evidence handling
- Training and support services for users
- Maintenance and updates for the system throughout the contract period.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon final signature and will last for five (5) years, with an option to renew for two additional 24-month periods.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed primarily at locations designated by the Kansas Supreme Court Office of Judicial Administration, which may include various judicial facilities across Kansas.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the following requirements:
- Must be an established firm with at least five (5) years of experience in providing similar services.
- Must submit a Tax Clearance Certificate as part of their proposal.
- Must certify compliance with immigration laws and not be engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel.
- Must demonstrate preparedness to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA accessibility standards.
- Bidders are encouraged to provide references from previous clients who have purchased similar systems.
