Digital Asset Management System

Background
The Kansas Department of Commerce is seeking proposals from qualified vendors to provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system.
The goal of this contract is to centralize, manage, and streamline access to digital assets for the State's tourism initiatives.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a Digital Asset Management (DAM) system that includes functionalities for centralizing and managing digital assets.
Specific requirements include:
- User-friendly interface for asset management
- Support for various file formats
- Integration capabilities with existing systems
- Security features to protect sensitive data
- Reporting and analytics tools to track asset usage
- Training and support services for staff on how to use the DAM system effectively.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the final date of signature and will last for two years, with an option to renew for three additional twelve-month periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Topeka, Kansas, or as specified by the Kansas Department of Commerce.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the following requirements:
- Must have at least five years of experience in providing similar services.
- Must submit a Tax Clearance Certificate.
- Must certify compliance with immigration laws under the Immigration Reform and Control Act.
- Must not be engaged in a boycott of goods or services from Israel as per HB 2482.
- Must provide documentation confirming that they are not using covered telecommunications equipment as defined by Public Law 115-232.
