DEI Leadership Development Program

Background
The Kansas Department for Children and Families (DCF) is seeking competitive proposals from qualified vendors to facilitate the Everyone A Leader curriculum, subsequent learning collaboratives, and the Everyone A Leader Strategic Process.

The goal of this contract is to enhance leadership development focused on Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) within the agency.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for facilitating the Everyone A Leader curriculum, which includes:
1. Delivering training sessions based on the curriculum.
2. Organizing and conducting learning collaboratives to reinforce training concepts.
3. Implementing the Everyone A Leader Strategic Process to integrate DEI principles into leadership practices.

Additionally, the contractor must provide details regarding licensing specifications of materials, resources, and equipment used during training, including usage limitations and login access for DCF staff.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and continue through September 30, 2027, with two optional twelve-month renewal periods.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at locations designated by the Kansas Department for Children and Families.
