Background
The Parsons State Hospital is seeking bids for the demolition of the Chestnut Building as part of its ongoing efforts to maintain and improve its facilities. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the complete demolition of the Chestnut Building located on the Parsons State Hospital campus. This includes:

- Conducting a mandatory pre-bid site visit on February 4, 2025, at 10:00 AM.
- Following all safety protocols, especially concerning asbestos remediation, as an Asbestos Report has been attached to this solicitation.
- Providing all necessary labor, materials, and equipment for the demolition process.
- Ensuring that all debris is properly disposed of in accordance with local regulations.
- Completing the project in a timely manner as per the agreed-upon schedule.

Period of Performance
The work is expected to commence after the mandatory pre-bid meeting and must be completed by February 25, 2025.
