The University of Kansas (KU) is seeking proposals for AV Production Services for its 2026 Commencement event. - Livestreaming to the KU platform with on-screen graphics and closed captioning services.
- Staffing including a production manager, camera operators, audio engineers, graphics operators, streaming technicians, stage A/V technician, and power technician.
- Installation of all equipment by specified deadlines and teardown immediately after ceremonies.
- Delivery of all raw multi-camera files within three days post-event.
