Scope of Work:
The project involves a comprehensive infrastructure package for the Sweetwater Distribution Center 2026 Expansion. The work to be completed includes:

• Relocation of utilities and demolition of existing structures to prepare for construction.
• Construction of an approximately 145,000 square foot addition to the current Distribution Center.
• Select interior renovations within the existing facility, including:
• Renovation of an existing restroom
• Construction of a new housekeeping room
• Installation of charging stations to support distribution equipment operations
• Addition of new windows along the west elevation of the existing building.
