Background

Work Details
The selected supplier will provide an SMS messaging solution that integrates with existing ticketing platforms.

1) Two-way text service (inbound and outbound);
2) Group texting functionality;
3) Ability to utilize SMS shortcodes;
4) Reporting capabilities for engagement metrics such as response rates and conversation tracking;
5) Integration with the University’s CRM system;
6) Compliance with relevant privacy regulations;
7) Support for multimedia messages including images and videos;
8) Customizable templates for messaging;
9) Ability to manage opt-in/opt-out preferences for users.
Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon award and is expected to be performed over a period defined in the proposal, starting from November 2025.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University’s facilities or remotely as required by the nature of the services provided.
