Background
The Division of Utilities for the City of Fort Wayne, Indiana is soliciting responses to a Request for Proposals (RFP) for providing Artificial Intelligence Software Services for risk modeling of water mains.

The software must rank pipe segments based on likelihood of failure (LoF), identify consequence of failure (CoF), and determine areas for replacement projects based on LoF and CoF.

Specific requirements include:
- GIS-based mapping tools
- Ability to perform custom queries
- Business risk exposure analysis
- AI-based remaining useful life predictions
- Reporting capabilities.

The firm must also demonstrate experience with similar projects and provide a plan for data confidentiality.
