Re-Bid of VALE 2025 GSE Chargers for Concourses

Background
The Indianapolis Airport Authority (IAA) is issuing this solicitation for the Re-Bid of VALE 2025 GSE Chargers for Concourses, Project No. I-26-044. The project aims to enhance the infrastructure at the Indianapolis International Airport by providing necessary Ground Support Equipment (GSE) chargers, which are essential for the operation of electric ground support vehicles. Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing all work, labor, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the installation of GSE chargers as specified in the drawings and specifications prepared by Applied Engineering Services. This includes but is not limited to:

- Installation of electric charging stations for ground support equipment in concourse areas.
- Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local regulations regarding construction and installation.
- Adherence to specifications outlined in the project plans provided by Applied Engineering Services.

Period of Performance
The contract performance period is expected to commence upon award and will continue until the completion of the project, with a specific timeline to be determined based on the contractor's proposal and project requirements.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at the Indianapolis International Airport located in Indianapolis, Indiana.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be prequalified with the Indiana Department of Administration (IDOA) or the Indiana Department of Transportation (INDOT) if performing work estimated at $150,000 or greater. Bids must include a scanned copy of a bid bond amounting to at least 5% of the contract amount. Contractors awarded contracts will need to provide surety bonds equal to 100% of the contract price, remaining effective for twelve months post-completion.
