Background
The University of Notre Dame du Lac, referred to as the 'University' or 'Notre Dame,' seeks to establish a strategic partnership with a Verified Authorized Reseller for Microsoft Software Licensing. The goal is to enhance the internal capabilities of the University's Office of Information Technologies (OIT) and ensure that the University's interests are prioritized during contract negotiations and technical escalations.

Work Details
The selected supplier will be responsible for:

1. Securing a new three (3) year agreement with an option to extend for two (2) additional one-year periods that maximizes University investment.

2. Providing high-tier value-added services that augment the internal capabilities of Notre Dame’s Office of Information Technologies (OIT).

3. Acting as a dedicated advocate and liaison between the University and Microsoft to ensure interests are prioritized during contract negotiations and technical escalations.

The supplier will also manage the comprehensive lifecycle of the University’s Microsoft ecosystem.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon selection on March 26, 2026, with an initial term of three years and an option for two additional one-year extensions.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the University of Notre Dame du Lac.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be Verified Authorized Resellers for Microsoft. There are no specific set-aside certifications or prerequisites mentioned in the solicitation.
