Background
The University of Notre Dame du Lac is initiating a Request for Proposals (RFP) to secure vendors for laboratory supplies, capital equipment, and service agreements.
The goal of this RFP is to establish reliable partnerships with suppliers who can provide high-quality products and responsive support services to meet the institution's academic and research needs.

Work Details
Vendors are required to provide laboratory supplies, capital equipment, associated service contracts, and preventative maintenance training for various departments within the University.
An essential requirement will be the ability to provide a stockroom management approach, although not all selected suppliers will need to offer this service.
The University encourages all suppliers to submit proposals even if they cannot meet all requirements.

Period of Performance
The contract term shall be for an initial period of five (5) years with an option to extend for two (2) additional two-year periods upon mutual agreement.
All prices shall remain firm for the initial five (5) year contract period.

Place of Performance
The services and products will be provided within the University of Notre Dame du Lac.
