All proposed items must be new and unused; refurbished items will not be accepted.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will begin on July 1, 2026, and end on June 30, 2029. There is an option for the district to renew the contract for up to two additional one-year terms.
Additionally, the district reserves the right to initiate purchases under this contract starting April 1, 2026.
