Background
The State of Indiana, through the Indiana Department of Health, is seeking quotations for Data Platform services specifically aimed at supporting the Tobacco Prevention and Cessation program. Work Details
The contract includes three main tasks:

- Topics such as cannabis products, zoning for tobacco retailer density, emerging trends in marketing practices, youth targeting at points of sale.
- Development of training content and agendas with input from project partners.
- Use of platforms like Zoom for webinars.
3. **Technical Assistance and Project Management**: The vendor will provide project management support including:
- Regular check-ins with state staff.
- Updating point-of-sale resources for funded partners.
- Participation in discussions about point-of-sale indicators affecting community health.
- Facilitation of a Healthy Retail Learning Series with up to 4 virtual meetings.
Period of Performance
The services are requested to cover the period from July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2027.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed across the State of Indiana.

Bidders must comply with specific requirements including:
