Background
The City of Wheaton is seeking competitive bids for the replacement of the Rooftop Units (RTUs) at the Wheaton City Hall Annex. The project aims to enhance the building's HVAC system, ensuring efficient climate control and energy use. The contract will involve providing all necessary materials, labor, equipment, supervision, and installation services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for:

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on July 17, 2025, to qualify for submission. They are required to submit a Bid Bond of 10% of the total bid amount along with their proposal. Additionally, successful bidders must provide a Certificate of Insurance, Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Maintenance Bond as part of their compliance with contract requirements.
