Background
The City of Rockford, Illinois is issuing a solicitation for the Well No. 45 Reservoir Replacement and Site Modifications project under Bid No. 1224-W-125.
The project aims to replace the existing reservoir and make necessary site modifications to enhance water service delivery and infrastructure integrity.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for the following tasks:
1. Demolition of a 5-MG reservoir and connecting piping, including the Stanley Street Booster Station and associated piping.
2. Removal of asphalt surrounding the Stanley Street Booster Station and retaining walls as specified in the drawings.
3. Renovation work on portions of the Administration Building (Structure 90).
4. Installation of new cast-in-place concrete structures as detailed in the specifications, including formwork, reinforcement, and curing processes.
5. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local safety practices and code requirements during demolition and construction activities.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to commence upon award and will continue until all work is completed as per the project schedule outlined in the bid documents.

The work will be performed at Well No. 45 site located in Rockford, Illinois.

Bidder Requirements
