Upgrade Dietary and Replace Equipment-NRC

Background
The State of Illinois, through the Capital Development Board, is issuing a solicitation for the Upgrade Dietary and Replace Equipment project at the Northern Reception and Classification Center located in Crest Hill, IL.

The goal of this contract is to enhance dietary services and replace outdated equipment at the facility, which serves a critical function in the state's correctional system.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for general remodeling and rehabilitation work related to upgrading dietary services and replacing necessary equipment.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with MBE/WBE subcontracting and supplier goals as part of their proposal.

Additionally, a plan deposit of $300 is required to access project plans from Valdes Architecture and Engineering.
