Background
The State of Illinois is seeking a qualified and experienced professional firm to implement and maintain a comprehensive branding, marketing, recruitment, advertising, media buying, and public relations services in a unified and efficient manner. The emergency procurement was time-sensitive and critical to the mission of the agency due to a staffing crisis declared by the Governor, particularly around health and safety roles.
The emergency procurement process was required to recruit and retain talent in order to carry out the State’s mission.
Work Details
The scope of work includes developing, testing, implementing, and refining a comprehensive strategy for recruitment and retention, including statewide branding, establishing marketing materials, research, media buying, and public relations services geared towards the recruitment of qualified individuals into considering a career in State service.
