Background
The Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) of the State of Illinois is seeking to establish a ten-year contract for colocation services at the St. Louis Data Center.
This contract aims to support DoIT Network Services and enhance service delivery to K-12 customers, state agencies, and other paying customers throughout Illinois.

Work Details
The contract requires the provision of colocation services, including:

- Fiber optic patch panels, cross connects, and homeruns.
- Smart Hands on-site technical support services as detailed in Attachment A – Colocation Specifications.
This is an indefinite quantity contract where the cabinet count, inter-building dark fiber, power feeds, and cross connects will vary over time based on state needs.
The vendor must provide services upon contract execution and ensure all installations are operational within 180 days following execution.
Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract will commence upon the date of last execution and will last for ten years.
Place of Performance
The services will be performed at either 900 Walnut Street or 210 North Tucker Boulevard in St. Louis, MO.
Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with Illinois Procurement Gateway Certifications and Disclosures.
Subcontractors are not allowed under this contract.
Vendors must also ensure compliance with prevailing wage laws as applicable to public works projects.
