SP Three Nissan Sentra SV Re-Bid

Background
The Illinois Department of Human Services (IDHS) is seeking to purchase three (3) new 2025 Nissan Sentra SV passenger cars, or similar compact cars. The goal of this contract is to provide reliable transportation for the agency's operations.

Work Details
The vendor is required to supply three (3) new 2025 Nissan Sentra SV vehicles, or similar compact cars, meeting the following specifications:

1. All standard equipment (no deletions);
2. Compact car with 4 doors;
3. Engine: gasoline - flex fuel if available;
4. Transmission: automatic;
5. All-season tires;
6. Brakes: 4-wheel anti-lock;
7. Interior carpeting with front and rear floor mats;
8. Clock;
9. AM/FM Bluetooth stereo with hands-free capability;
10. Heat and air conditioning;
11. Intermittent windshield wipers;
12. Cruise control;
13. 12V power point;
14. Rear window defroster;
15. Tilt steering wheel;
16. Driver and front passenger airbags (minimum);
17. Power locks;
18. Power windows;
19. Power exterior mirrors;
20. Full-size spare wheel and tire or mobility kit;
21. Ignition key set (no remote);
22. Two sets of keys/fobs;
23. Backup camera;
24. Owner/operator’s manual;
25. Vehicles shall include a minimum of one quarter (1/4) tank of gasoline at delivery;
26. Vehicles must have manufacturer’s certificate of origin or title;
27. Vehicles must meet all federal and state safety standards and emissions requirements;
28. Vehicles shall be new (with less than 250 miles on the odometer);

Importantly, no vehicle will be accepted if there appears any dealer logo on any portion of the vehicle.

Period of Performance
The vehicles must be fully operational and delivered by June 30, 2025, at or before 4 PM.

Place of Performance
Delivery location will likely be within the jurisdiction of the Illinois Department of Human Services.

Bidder Requirements
The vendor must be authorized to sell motor vehicles in the State of Illinois and comply with all applicable laws, including those related to certifications for minority contractors, insurance requirements, and warranties for supplies.
