SP Graphic Design Enterprise Software with annual Maintenance and Support for Three (3) Years

Background
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) is seeking a vendor to provide Graphic Design Enterprise Software with annual Maintenance & Support. The contract is intended to support the agency's mission by enhancing its graphic design capabilities over a three-year term.

Work Details
The vendor will provide one (1) Canva Enterprise Software License (or an Illinois Tollway approved equivalent graphic design software) for up to seventy-five (75) users, which includes annual maintenance and support.

The specifications are designed to establish standards of quality and performance, allowing for substitutions if they can be shown to be equal or better than the specified products. The vendor must also be capable of providing original product warranty and related services. Delivery of the order confirmation, maintenance and support information, login, and passwords must occur electronically within fifteen (15) calendar days of the contract's effective date.

Period of Performance
The estimated duration of this contract shall be for a period of three (3) years, commencing upon the last dated signature of the parties involved.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at the Illinois State Toll Highway Authority's location in Downers Grove, Illinois.
