The Illinois Tollway is seeking a vendor to provide a cloud-based Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) Request Management Software for a term of 24 months. The goal of this contract is to enable tracking, processing, reporting, and intake requests in compliance with industry standards. Work Details
The vendor must provide a SaaS solution that includes:

- Role-based permissions with user authentication;
- Advanced search and filtering functionalities for case management;
- Secure redaction tools for managing personal identification information (PII);
- Integration capabilities with Outlook;
- Centralized request tracking and status updates;
- Secure storage, indexing, and retrieval of FOIA records;
- Built-in analytics with real-time dashboard reporting;
- Compatibility with existing enterprise systems.
Additionally, the vendor must offer implementation support, user training, helpdesk support, data encryption in transit and at rest, audit logs, maintenance patches, and upgrades.
