Background
The Board of Education of School District U-46, located in Kane County, Illinois, is seeking sealed lump sum bids for the South Elgin High School Parking Lot Rehabilitation project. This district serves multiple communities across 90 square miles in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and has a diverse student population. Work Details

All interested bidders must complete an AIA Document A305 Contractor’s Qualification Statement and attend a mandatory pre-bid meeting on March 11, 2026.
