Security Cameras, Servers, And Licensing

Background
The College of DuPage, Community College District No. 502, is seeking bids for the procurement of Security Cameras, Servers, and Licensing. The goal of this contract is to enhance the security infrastructure of the college by acquiring high-quality surveillance equipment that meets specific technical requirements. This initiative aligns with the college's mission to provide a safe and secure environment for its students and staff.

Work Details
The contract involves the purchase of various security cameras and related servers and licensing. The specifications include:

1. **Security Cameras**:
- **ITEM NO. A.1**: Four View - Twenty Megapixel Network Camera (Axis P3737-PLE) with features such as adjustable lenses, forensic quality video output, remote zoom and focus capabilities, dual SD card slots for local video storage, and compatibility with ExacqVision.
- **ITEM NO. A.2**: Two View - Ten Megapixel Network Camera (Axis P4707-PLVE) with similar features as ITEM A.1 but with different specifications.
- **ITEM NO. A.3**: Single View - Five Megapixel Network Camera (Axis P3267-LV) designed for interior use with optimized IR illumination and vandal-resistant housing.

All cameras must be TAA compliant, and no refurbished units will be accepted. Installation services are not required under this bid, and all licensing files shall be emailed to the college.

Period of Performance
The contract is expected to be awarded on June 26, 2025, following board approval. Delivery will occur shortly thereafter as per the agreed terms.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to the College of DuPage located at 425 Fawell Blvd., Glen Ellyn, Illinois 60137.
