SBE: RENEWAL NOTICE - Educator Licensure Information System - 3 Developers

Background
The Illinois State Board of Education (ISBE) is seeking to renew a contract with Bowsher Information Systems. The purpose of this contract is to provide support for the development and maintenance of systems used by the Educator Effectiveness department, specifically the Educator Licensure Information System (ELIS) and the Annual Performance Review (APR). This renewal represents the second of two optional renewals available under the existing contract.
