Background
The Board of Education of the City of Chicago, known as Chicago Public Schools (CPS), is the third largest school district in the United States, operating 642 schools and serving approximately 355,000 students. The Board is seeking proposals for a Unified Continuous Improvement Platform and Services to support strategic planning and execution across Central Office and schools. Work Details
The selected vendor will implement a Continuous Improvement (CI) Platform that integrates strategic planning, project management, customizable dashboards, and reporting capabilities. Key functionalities include:

1. Strategic Planning: Flexibility for short- and long-term planning, goal setting with timelines down to individual responsibilities, integration with existing resources, and alignment with equity frameworks.

2. Project Management: Gantt charts for milestone tracking and visibility into responsibilities.

3. Customizable Dashboard: Overview of strategic plans, upcoming action items, progress tracking by demographics.

4. Reporting Abilities: Progress reviews towards specific goals and automated reporting for stakeholders.
