RFP - In-Class Math Tutoring Services To At-Risk Student At Various High Schools

Background
The Board of Education of the City of Chicago, known as Chicago Public Schools (CPS), is the third largest school district in the United States, operating 642 schools and serving approximately 355,000 students. The Board is seeking proposals for a Unified Continuous Improvement Platform and Services to support strategic planning and execution across Central Office and schools. This initiative aligns with CPS's Five-Year Vision aimed at improving student outcomes.

Work Details
The selected vendor will implement a Continuous Improvement (CI) Platform that integrates strategic planning, project management, customizable dashboards, and reporting capabilities. Key functionalities include:

1. Strategic Planning: Flexibility for short- and long-term planning, goal setting with timelines down to individual responsibilities, integration with existing resources, and alignment with equity frameworks.

2. Project Management: Gantt charts for milestone tracking and visibility into responsibilities.

3. Customizable Dashboard: Overview of strategic plans, upcoming action items, progress tracking by demographics.

4. Reporting Abilities: Progress reviews towards specific goals and automated reporting for stakeholders.

5. Data Management: Integration with existing data systems, ensuring security and compliance with CPS policies.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution or on a specified date by the Board, initially for two years with options to renew for two additional one-year terms.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed within the geographic area of Chicago Public Schools.

Bidder Requirements
Proposers must demonstrate experience in providing similar services. They must submit a detailed cost proposal valid for at least six months from the submission date, provide evidence of insurance coverage meeting RFP requirements, comply with MBE/WBE participation goals (30% MBE and 7% WBE), and submit all required documentation including financial statements and qualifications of key personnel.
