Background
The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT) seeks to award (2) Vendor(s), per location, for Internet Egress Services. This a multiple award solicitation.

Work Details
The Department of Innovation and Technology requests Bids from responsible Vendor to meet its needs. The State anticipates multiple awards for Internet Egress Services at specific locations including Equinix - 350 E Cermak, Chicago, IL; Starlight Internet 2 Gigapop - 710 N Lakeshore, Chicago, IL; St. Louis Digital Realty Data Center - 900 Walnut, St. Louis, MO; and Springfield AT&T POP –620 S 5th St., Springfield, IL.
Internet Egress Services is the process of data leaving a network and transmitted to external networks or the internet. It involves the use of routers, firewalls, and other networking devices to control and manage the flow of data.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of five (5) years. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. DoIT has the option to renew for five (5) years.

Place of Performance
The geographic locations where the services will be provided include Equinix - 350 E Cermak, Chicago, IL; Starlight Internet 2 Gigapop - 710 N Lakeshore, Chicago, IL; St. Louis Digital Realty Data Center - 900 Walnut, St. Louis, MO; and Springfield AT&T POP –620 S 5th St., Springfield, IL.
