The Board of Education of the City of Chicago (CPS) aims to enhance leadership competencies among Central Office and Network Office staff through professional development, cohort learning, and mentorship opportunities. Deliverables include an accessible online application process by July 2026, clear funding processes for participants, sponsorship options estimated at $5,000 - $15,000 per participant, and alignment with CPS RISE competencies.
