Work Requested:
The Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois is seeking quotations from qualified suppliers for the following services at 2815 W. Washington Street, Springfield, Illinois, 62702:
- Parking lot sealcoating
- Restriping of the parking lot
Who is Requesting:
This solicitation is issued by the Teachers' Retirement System of the State of Illinois (the System or TRS).
Background:
The objective of this Request for Quotation (RFQ) is to obtain competitive pricing and terms for parking lot sealcoating and restriping services, which may result in a contract with the Teachers' Retirement System.
Contract Requirements:
Suppliers are expected to provide all labor, materials, and equipment necessary to complete the sealcoating and restriping work as specified for the parking lot at the given address.
Instructions on Submission:
Preparation and submission of a quotation, as well as participation in presentations or contract negotiations, does not obligate the System to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred by proposers. All proposals and related materials submitted will be retained by the System and may be disclosed in accordance with the Illinois Freedom of Information Act.
