McHenry County Government Center West Parking Lot, South 50%, Asphalt Parking Lot Crack Filling, Sealcoating, and Traffic Marking-Line Striping

Background
McHenry County is seeking qualified contractors to perform asphalt parking lot crack filling, sealcoating, and traffic marking/line striping at the McHenry County Government Center located at 2200 N Seminary Rd., Woodstock, IL.
The goal of this contract is to maintain and enhance the parking facilities while minimizing disruption to facility operations.

Work Details
The work includes:
1. Surface Preparation: Clean all substrates, remove loose materials, and apply Sealmaster Petro Seal Oil Spot Primer.
2. Hot Applied Crack Sealant: Fill all cracks over 1/8" in width with Sealmaster Crackmaster Parking Lot Grade crack sealant.
3. Sealcoating: Apply two coats of Sealmaster Polymer-Modified Masterseal asphalt sealant.
4. Traffic Marking/Line Striping: Apply Sealmaster Traffic Paint with a wet thickness of 15 to 20 mils, matching existing colors and layout.
5. Clean up and Restore: Reseed any damaged grass areas adjacent to the work.

Period of Performance
The work must be completed prior to August 1, 2025, with a preference for scheduling in June or early July 2025.

The contract will be performed at the McHenry County Government Center, located at 2200 N Seminary Rd., Woodstock, IL.
