Marion multiparameter sondes

Background
The State of Illinois is seeking to procure four multiparameter sondes for measuring physiochemical properties of water, including pH, water temperature, conductivity, and dissolved oxygen. This procurement is part of the efforts by the Illinois Environmental Protection Agency (IEPA) to enhance water quality monitoring and management.

Work Details
The contract includes the following specific products:

1. 4 units of ProDSS Handheld, No GPS at $6,981.88 each.
2. 3 units of DSS-30 Meter 4 port Cable Assembly with Depth at $8,900.76 each.
3. 1 unit of DSS-40 Meter 4 port Cable Assembly with Depth at $3,073.39.
4. 4 units of ProDSS Optical Dissolved Oxygen Sensor at $3,908.28 each.
5. 4 units of ProDSS Conductivity and Temperature Sensor at $2,736.16 each.
6. 4 units of ProDSS pH Sensor with Module at $1,759.48 each.
7. 4 units of Weight (1 lb) at $333.20 each.
8. 4 units of a 3-Year ProDSS Factory Service Plan at $8,256.00 each.
9. Shipping cost for second-day air shipping with heat packs estimated at $25.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the signature of both parties and will last for three years from the last date of signature.

Place of Performance
The products will be shipped to Water Pollution Control Surface Water located at 2309 W. Main St, Suite 116, Marion, IL 62959.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with various certifications including but not limited to: being a legal entity authorized to conduct business in Illinois; not being in default on educational loans; compliance with the Drug Free Workplace Act; and adherence to all applicable federal and state laws regarding employment practices and environmental regulations.
