Background
The State of Minnesota, in cooperation with Sourcewell, a governmental unit and service cooperative purchasing organization, has released a Request for Proposals (RFP) for the purchase of Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Platforms Services and Integrated Delivery.
The goal of this RFP is to establish Master Agreements with qualified Offerors to provide these services for all Participating Entities, aiming to achieve better pricing through collective purchasing by multiple state and local government entities.
The initial term of the Master Agreement will be four years, with the possibility of three additional one-year extensions based on compliance and mutual agreement.
Work Details
The contract will involve providing Enterprise Artificial Intelligence Platforms Services and Integrated Delivery. This includes but is not limited to:
- Development and implementation of AI platforms tailored for various governmental needs.
- Integration services that ensure seamless operation within existing systems across participating entities.
- Ongoing support and maintenance services for the AI platforms.
