Background
The State of Idaho, in collaboration with the NASPO ValuePoint cooperative purchasing organization, has issued a Request for Proposals (RFP) for Cybersecurity and Information Security Services. This initiative aims to establish Master Agreements with qualified Offerors to provide these services to various Participating Entities, including state governments, institutions of higher education, and political subdivisions.

The goal is to leverage collective purchasing power to achieve better pricing and value than individual entities could obtain alone.

Work Details
The contract will encompass a range of Cybersecurity and Information Security Services designed to meet the needs of all Participating Entities. Specific services include but are not limited to:
- Risk assessments
- Incident response
- Security audits
- Compliance monitoring
- Training programs

The Master Agreement(s) will be available for use by state governments, agencies, institutions of higher education, political subdivisions (such as school districts and cities), and other eligible entities as approved by the state procurement director.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the Master Agreement(s) is anticipated to be three (3) years, with the possibility of extension for up to three (3) additional years. This makes the total potential duration not to exceed six (6) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be provided across various locations as determined by the Participating Entities within the jurisdictions of the State of Idaho and other states participating in this cooperative agreement.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must comply with mandatory minimum requirements and technical specifications outlined in the RFP. Additionally, registration in the Illinois Procurement Gateway and BidBuy is required before executing a participating agreement with the State of Illinois.
