JPMC for BMC Products

Background
The Illinois Department of Innovation and Technology (DoIT), in cooperation with the Chief Procurement Officer for General Services, aims to establish a multi-year indefinite quantity Joint Purchase Master Contract (JPMC) for BMC Products.
This contract is intended to provide authorized resellers of BMC Software, Maintenance, and Support Services to all governmental units and qualified not-for-profit agencies in Illinois.

Work Details
The contract includes the provision of various BMC software products and services, specifically:
1. BMC Remedy Force Service Desk
2. BMC Remedy OD PS Service Management Software Renewal, part #LPSNX.0.0.00 (concurrent users)
3. BMC Helix Additional Environment on BMC Cloud, part #LAZ70.0.0.00
4. BMC Helix Digital Workplace Advanced Cloud, part #LPDA3.0.0.00
5. BMC Helix Platform on BMC Cloud, part #LPBHP.0.0.00
6. BMC Helix Discovery on AWS, part #LPHDA.0.0.00
7-16: Various other specified BMC products with corresponding part numbers.
All products must be new, unused, and the most recent manufactured versions available; no other brands will be accepted for award consideration.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon the last dated signature of the parties and will last for an initial term of five years, with a maximum total term not exceeding ten years.

Place of Performance
Services and deliveries will primarily be performed within the United States as specified in individual orders.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must be authorized resellers of BMC Software and maintain that status throughout the contract duration.
They must also comply with various certifications including Illinois Standard Certifications and provide Vendor Disclosures as required by the State of Illinois.
