Background

Work Details
The contractor will provide brand name crash cushion attenuator systems, including SST-TMA trailer mounted attenuators, along with necessary repair parts and accessories. Specific requirements include:
- Supply of crash cushion attenuator systems from recognized manufacturers.
- Provision of repair parts compatible with existing systems.
- Delivery of accessories that enhance the functionality of the attenuators.
- Compliance with all relevant safety standards and regulations.

Period of Performance
The contract will be effective upon award and will continue for a period of 12 months, with options for renewal based on performance and funding availability.

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must comply with the Business Enterprise Program (BEP) and Veterans Business Program (VBP) requirements. This includes:
- Submission of a Utilization Plan demonstrating commitment to utilizing BEP/VBP certified vendors.
- Meeting specific participation goals set forth by the agency, which may include a minimum percentage of work performed by certified vendors.
- All subcontractors must be certified in relevant NIGP Codes identified in the solicitation.
