Janitorial Services for Elk Grove Village and Granite City

Background
The Illinois Secretary of State is seeking bids for janitorial services at two Driver Services Facilities: the Elk Grove Village facility located at 650 Roppolo Drive, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007, which requires service five times per week, and the Granite City facility located at 1810 Edison, Granite City, IL 62040, which requires service six times per week.

The goal of this contract is to ensure cleanliness and maintenance of these facilities to support the agency's mission.

Work Details
The awarded vendor will provide janitorial services including but not limited to cleaning floors, restrooms, and common areas at both facilities. Specific tasks may include dusting surfaces, emptying trash receptacles, and ensuring that all areas are maintained in a clean and sanitary condition.

Services are to be performed at the Elk Grove Village facility five times per week and at the Granite City facility six times per week.

Period of Performance
The contract term will commence upon execution and continue through June 30, 2026. The total term of the contract, including any renewal terms or extensions, shall not exceed ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at two locations: Elk Grove Village Driver Services Facility (650 Roppolo Drive, Elk Grove Village, IL 60007) and Granite City Driver Services Facility (1810 Edison, Granite City, IL 62040).

Bidder Requirements
Bidders must have been in business for a minimum of three years. The awarded vendor must comply with prevailing wage laws applicable to janitorial services. Additionally, vendors must provide proof of insurance naming the Agency as an additional insured and comply with all applicable federal and state laws.
