Background
The Illinois Family Planning Program (IFPP), administered by the Illinois Department of Public Health, seeks a qualified vendor to provide statewide training services for family planning delegate agencies. These services aim to ensure compliance with federal and state guidelines, improve clinical practice, and enhance the quality of care delivered across Illinois.

Work Details
The vendor must provide the following services under the direction of the IFPP Program Administrator, Clinical Coordinator, and Health Educator:

- Conduct a comprehensive statewide needs and resource assessment to identify training and technical assistance requirements for family planning delegate agencies.
- Deliver one (1) in-person training session at the Office of Women Health Conference and six (6) virtual webinars on topics selected by IFPP. At least two (2) webinars must address Quality Family Planning (QFP) guidance from CDC and OPA.
- Provide qualified speakers for all presentations who hold an advanced degree or relevant licensure.
- Present at the Office of Women’s Health Conference or Maternal and Child Health Summit on a topic identified by IFPP within 60 days after the topic is assigned.
- Submit a final report summarizing all trainings/webinars delivered, attendance numbers, and participant evaluations.

Bidder Requirements
Vendor must demonstrate at least 5 years of knowledge with family planning policy, reproductive health programs, and experience in organizing professional education training targeting family planning delegate agencies. The vendor must also be able to conduct professional webinars that will result in continuing medical education (CME) and continuing nursing education (CNE) units.
