IFB -Intelligent Transportation System(ITS) Parts Replacement

Background
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (Illinois Tollway) is dedicated to providing and promoting a safe and efficient system of toll-supported highways while ensuring the highest possible level of service to its customers. The agency is seeking a vendor to furnish and deliver Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) replacement parts for its Intelligent Transportation System (ITS). This includes various components such as Closed-Circuit Television cameras, Microwave Vehicle Detection Systems, Weigh In Motion systems, Dynamic Message Signs, and Road Weather Information Systems.

Work Details
The vendor will be required to provide OEM replacement parts as outlined in the solicitation. Specific parts include:
- Axis: Q6315-LE (CCTV Camera), TQ5001-E (Wall-and-Pole Mounts), T8061 (Ethernet Surge Protectors)
- Sensys: VSN240-F-3
- Daktronics: 0P-1971-4750 (LED Module), 0P-1971-4400 (LED Module)
- IRD: 480286 (Kistler Quartz Sensor)
- LedStar: CTL-26 (DMS Controller)
- Digital Loggers: DIN IV (IP Relay).

The estimated spend over one year for various manufacturers includes:
1. Axis - $60,000
2. ISS - $60,000
3. Sensys - $5,000
4. IRD - $6,000
5. Daktronics - $15,000
6. LedStar - $15,000
7. Vaisala - $30,000
8. Digital Loggers - $1,000.

All materials must conform to applicable Federal and/or State specifications and be invoiced at the vendor's cost. The vendor is responsible for shipping or delivery of parts to the requesting agency without markup on shipping costs.

Period of Performance
The contract will be based on a period of three years with prices remaining firm for the term of the contract.

Place of Performance
The work will be performed at various locations as determined by the needs of the Illinois Tollway.
