- Binding: Perfect binding with wrap-around pasted cover and two rounded corners
- Delivery of printed books by October 15, 2025, with a requirement for a proof copy before final printing. Books must be packaged in boxes labeled with title, quantity per box, and printing date.

Period of Performance
The contract will commence upon execution and will have an initial term of 12 months. The total maximum term shall not exceed ten years.

Place of Performance
