The Vendor is responsible for printing 16,000 copies of the book 'Supplemental Specifications and Recurring Special Provisions, Adopted January 1, 2025.' The book specifications include size, number of pages, ink, stock, binding, packaging, and delivery details.
The Vendor must provide a proof copy before final printing.
The Vendor is also required to comply with prevailing wage requirements and submit invoices in accordance with the State Prompt Payment Act.
The contract may be partially or totally funded with Federal funds.

Period of Performance
The initial term of the contract is from the date of execution to March 31, 2025. The total term of the contract, including any renewal terms and extensions, will not exceed ten years.
