IDJJ Training Academy Space for Interns Training

Background
The Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice (IDJJ) is seeking a Vendor to provide training space for interns as part of their mission to support juvenile justice initiatives.
The goal of this contract is to facilitate two training sessions for 50 interns and staff in Springfield, Illinois, in November 2024 and February 2025.

Work Details
The Vendor shall provide the following services and facilities during the training sessions:
1. Space located in Springfield, Illinois, accommodating at least 50 people, including:
- One large classroom style to seat 50 people with flexible space for physical training sessions.
- Double occupancy or dormitory style rooms available for five days/four nights per week and some weeks for four days/three nights.
- Open outdoor space with water access.
- Dining space with tables and chairs available for breakfast, lunch, and dinner during the training session.
- Internet access.
- Parking spaces.
2. Catering services for approximately 50 people, including:
- Breakfast (hot meal) with one meat, egg, bread, fruits, and drinks (coffee, juice, water).
- Lunch (hot or cold meal) with one main dish, one side, dessert, and drinks (iced tea, lemonade, water).
- Dinner (hot meal) with one main dish, one side, dessert, and drinks (iced tea, lemonade, water).

Period of Performance
The contract will have an initial term commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties and ending on April 30, 2025.
The two training sessions will each last four weeks: the first in November 2024 and the second in February 2025.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed in Springfield, Illinois.
