IDJJ School District Promethean Smart Boards for Various IDJJ/IDOC Locations

Background
The Illinois Department of Juvenile Justice (IDJJ) is seeking a vendor to provide educational technology solutions to enhance learning environments within various IDJJ and IDOC facilities. The goal of this contract is to procure Promethean Smart Boards, which are essential for modern teaching methods and interactive learning experiences.

Work Details
The contractor will provide a total of 30 units of Promethean Smart Boards ActivPanel 9. The services included in this contract are:
- Delivery of the Smart Boards to specified locations
- Installation of the Smart Boards at each site
- Training for staff on how to effectively use the Promethean Smart Boards.

The specific delivery breakdown is as follows:
1. Illinois Youth Center Lincoln - 6 units of 75” Promethean Smart Boards
2. Illinois Youth Center Warrenville - 8 units (7 units of 65” and 1 unit of 65”)
3. Illinois Youth Center Pere Marquete - 4 units of 65” Promethean Smart Boards
4. Illinois Youth Center Harrisburg - 5 units of 65” Promethean Smart Boards
5. IDOC Shawnee Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
6. IDOC Illinois River Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
7. IDOC Lincoln Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
8. IDOC Pinckneyville Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
9. IDOC Lawrence Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
10. IDOC Big Muddy River Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board
11. IDOC Menard Correctional Center - 1 unit of 65” Promethean Smart Board.

Period of Performance
The period of performance for this contract will be determined upon award, with expectations for timely delivery and installation as per the project requirements.

Place of Performance
The products will be delivered to various locations across Illinois, specifically to the following facilities: IDJJ Springfield Office, IYC Lincoln, IYC Warrenville, IYC Pere Marquete, IYC Harrisburg, Shawnee Correctional Center, Illinois River Correctional Center, Lincoln Correctional Center, Pinckneyville Correctional Center, Lawrence Correctional Center, Big Muddy River Correctional Center, and Menard Correctional Center.
