Background
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) is issuing this solicitation for Contract I-24-4982. This contract involves improvements to the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) between Mile Post 54.6 and Mile Post 60.0. The goal is to enhance the toll plaza facilities and associated infrastructure in Cook County and Kane County, Illinois.

Work Details
The scope of work includes:
- Ramp pavement and shoulder replacement
- Removal of existing toll plaza median islands, equipment, and canopies
- Structure demolition
- Barrier wall construction
- Installation of toll plaza monotubes, lighting, pavement marking, and signing
- Toll plaza electrical work
- Landscaping
- Erosion control
- Maintenance of traffic.

Period of Performance
Work is expected to commence on or about June 16, 2025, with completion by December 1, 2026.

Place of Performance
The contract will be performed on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90) between Mile Post 54.6 and Mile Post 60.0 in Cook County and Kane County, Illinois.
