HVAC Equipment Services

Background
The Village of Elk Grove Village is seeking bids for Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Equipment Maintenance Services. The goal of this contract is to ensure the proper maintenance of all HVAC systems across Village-owned facilities, thereby supporting the Village's mission to provide efficient and effective public services.

Work Details
The contractor will be responsible for providing necessary labor, equipment, and materials required to perform complete maintenance of all heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. This includes all appurtenant work necessary to complete the project as outlined in the Specifications and Contract Document No. PW-2526-06.

Period of Performance
The contract period will commence upon award and will continue for a duration specified in the bid documents. Bids are due by April 8, 2025.

Place of Performance
All work will be performed at various Village-owned facilities located in Elk Grove Village, Illinois.
