Hill CC Small Purchase - Sewer Jetting, pumping of grease pit and manhole

Background
The Hill Correctional Center is seeking bids to sewer jet plumbing lines in facility vocational building and pump grease pit and manhole. The contract includes the signature page, numbered sections, and any attachments referenced in this contract, constituting the entire contract between the State and the Vendor concerning the subject matter of the contract.

Work Details
The goal is to procure a vendor for sewer jetting plumbing lines in facility vocational building as well as pumping grease pit and manholes. The specific services required include:
- Removing sludge, grease, debris, and build-up in facility grease pit and manholes to sewer service lines
- Hydro-jetting lateral sewer lines, inlets, and outlets to facility manhole basins to remove blockages within the lines
- Providing all repair materials and labor to flush lateral sewer lines and remove sludge, grease, and debris from manholes and grease pit.
The awarded vendor shall provide services between 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Monday through Friday excluding holidays unless another timeframe is agreed upon by the vendor and Hill Correctional Center.

Period of Performance
The term of this contract is a one-time contract with a term commencing upon the last dated signature of the Parties through 6/30/2024. In no event will the total term of the contract exceed ten (10) years.

Place of Performance
The services will be performed at Hill Correctional Center located at 600 South Linwood Road, Galesburg, Illinois 61402.
