Description

The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Operations seeks to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software as a service (SaaS) hosted solution to create a user-friendly mobile application that has more capabilities than a mobile-friendly website. IDOT seeks to have a mobile GPS application to provide the motoring public with information regarding traffic conditions, construction, incidents, and improved availability for alternate routes.
Background
The Illinois Department of Transportation (IDOT) Bureau of Operations is seeking to procure a commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) software as a service (SaaS) hosted solution to develop a user-friendly mobile application.

Work Details
