Fire Station #4 Improvements

Work Requested:
The City of Naperville seeks sealed bids from qualified vendors to execute the Fire Station #4 Improvements project. The contracted work will include:

• Demolition and renovation of the interior living space of Fire Station #4
• Demolition of existing structures as specified
• Framing of new interior sections
• Installation and upgrades to mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection systems within the construction area
• Replacement or installation of new flooring, ceiling tiles, and fixtures where specified in the project documents

This solicitation is issued by the City of Naperville.

Background:
The improvements to Fire Station #4 are funded in whole or in part by financial assistance from the Illinois Department of Economic Opportunity (DCEO). As a DCEO Capital Grant Project, all work must comply with the applicable laws and regulations, including those outlined in Federal Regulation 2 CFR 200.

Contract Requirements:
Bidders must supply all labor, equipment, supplies, and materials necessary to complete the scope of work as described. Compliance with all relevant federal, state, and local laws and regulations is required, particularly those associated with DCEO funding and 2 CFR 200.

Sealed bids must be submitted in accordance with the instructions provided by the City of Naperville. Only qualified vendors will be considered for this opportunity.
