Description

Pursuant to CPO Notice 2023.12, State agencies shall only accept electronic submissions for competitive solicitations. Paper responses will not be accepted. For more details please see the attachment titled cpo-notice-2023.12 electronic-submission. See attached Volume I for required documents.
Background
The Illinois State Toll Highway Authority (ISTHA) is issuing this solicitation for the construction of improvements on the Jane Addams Memorial Tollway (I-90). The project aims to enhance the structural integrity and functionality of the tollway, aligning with the agency's mission to maintain and improve the state's toll highway system. This contract is part of a broader initiative to ensure safe and efficient travel for motorists in Illinois.

The work under this contract includes:
- Bridge concrete sealing and joint repairs
- Substructure repairs
- Bridge painting
- Drainage system repairs
- Lighting improvements
- Overhead sign structure repairs

- Shoulder microsurfacing
- Removal and replacement of raised pavement markers
