DOC-JTC-Security computer system R&M 2-year contract-JW

Background
The Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center, part of the Illinois Department of Corrections, is seeking a vendor to provide maintenance and repair services for its security computer system. The goal of this contract is to ensure the operational integrity and reliability of the Accurate Controls security systems utilized at the facility.

Work Details
The vendor will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing five Accurate Controls door automation systems, a camera system, a paging system, and an access control system. Specific tasks include troubleshooting issues with the computer touchscreen and controls system, performing remote or phone support as needed, and conducting site visits as agreed upon.

The vendor must provide one qualified technician for service, inspections, installations, and parts provision. All necessary materials for each job must be supplied by the vendor. Replacement parts may be new or reconditioned at the discretion of facility management. The vendor must maintain a clean job site and provide detailed repair records for each service rendered.

Period of Performance
The contract will be in effect for two years from the date of execution.

Place of Performance
Services will be performed at the Joliet Inpatient Treatment Center located at 2848 W. McDonough St., Joliet, IL 60436.

Bidder Requirements
Vendors must pass a security background check prior to being allowed on-site. A notarized affidavit certifying that they have qualified personnel and necessary training certifications must be submitted before contract commencement. Subcontractors are not allowed under this contract.
