DNR IL State Museum- New Loading Dock

Background
The Illinois Department of Natural Resources (IDNR) is seeking a Vendor to provide all labor, equipment and materials needed to remove the existing cantilevered concrete dock system and associated ramp structure and to replace it with a new dock and ramp design/layout utilizing reinforced concrete footing and foundation systems at the Illinois State Museum located in Springfield, Illinois. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon last signature to October 31, 2024. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. The estimated value of this Contract will be over $50,000.00.

Work Details
The Vendor is required to remove the existing cantilevered concrete dock system and associated ramp structure and replace it with a new dock and ramp design/layout utilizing reinforced concrete footing and foundation systems at the Illinois State Museum located in Springfield, Illinois.

Period of Performance
The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of upon last signature to October 31, 2024.
In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years.
